Also appearing were Sebastián Ligarde, Julieta Egurrola, Jorge Lavat, Nailea Norvind, Armando Araiza and Fernando Ciangherotti.
What was Quinceañera about?

The plot of Quinceañera centers on the life of Maricruz, played by Adela Noriega, and her transition from childhood to adulthood after turning 15.
The story addressed themes that appealed to teens and young adults.
Love, friendship, family, generational conflicts and the challenges of adolescence were all covered.
Thanks to its success, there has often been talk about the possibility of a Quinceañera sequel.
Could there be a Quinceañera sequel?

Renowned producer Salvador Mejía has spoken about making a Quinceañera sequel.
In an interview, he said that, due to her prior commitments, bringing Thalía back to Mexico is complicated, but not impossible.
«It would be a dream, I certainly think the public would appreciate it a lot. She did the last telenovela for Televisa with me,» he said.
Mejía was referring to Rosalinda, which he produced in 2000. «Once talking with her I tried to do something,» he added.
The Quinceañera sequel needs to be analyzed

In addition to Thalía, Adela Noriega, who practically vanished from the public eye, also lives in the U.S.
Salvador Mejía said that a Quinceañera sequel would be possible, but the story would need to be tweaked.
«You have to give value to the public, who among the public is interested in seeing that part and who is not, and for those who are not interested, you have to accommodate their taste.»
Lastly, he said that he would not only want to bring back Thalía and Adela, but also Ernesto Laguardia and Sebastián Ligarde, among others.
